Recent Work - 2026

I have been fascinated by painting and drawing for as long as I can remember. At a friend’s house when I was a young child I saw painting by Renoir.

I was captivated by their colour and light. I won a completion for a still life pastel aged six and have painted or drawn everyday since. It became and remains, a true passion. I trained at the Art Students League in New York and have a diploma in portraiture from Heatherley Art School. I have worked as a sketcher at Christian Dior in London. Alongside that, I took on numerous portrait commissions while continuing to explore still life and landscape painting.

This latest series begins with a pencil sketch from life, later developed into an oil painting on canvas. My inspiration comes from many artists across history and at the moment I find myself particularly drawn to the timeless beauty and symbolism of Egyptian Art. Also much contemporary painting.
